Peggy has over 23 years of experience cutting, coloring and styling hair. She has worked in Hawaii and on the mainland. She considers herself a very down-to-earth woman, enjoying salsa dancing, cooking, the outdoors and most of all, spending time with family and friends. She treats people how she wants to be treated and believes that what you give to the world is what comes back to you. Being present, loving, respectful, genuine and kind to others gives her the most pleasure and joy. This is one of the reasons she became a hair stylist – to spread happiness.
Peggy believes education is the most powerful way to service her clients. The hair industry changes so much every year and staying current through education and training, is one of her top priorities. In the last 23 years, Peggy has attended advanced training at least twice a year at the best hair academies. These classes often require her to take time away from family and servicing her clients, but she is extremely passionate about learning new techniques, methods and products that can be brought back to the salon. Jessica has a passion for healing and strives to provide massages designed specifically for each individual and their needs. When she’s not busy providing therapeutic treatment to Oahu's inhabitants, she loves spending time with her friends and family, skateboarding, surfing and enjoying Hawai'i's natural beauty.

With her passion for the arts and her desire for self-expression, Catie found her artistic outlet in hair. Growing up in Carlsbad, California the free-spirited culture developed her creative yet urban style. Seeking a similar atmosphere, Catie moved to Oahu where she enrolled at The Paul Mitchell School Of Design. During and upon her graduation, Catie extended her passion by assisting Peggy Stauss at Satori Salon. “To be the best, you must learn from and surround yourself with the best!”
To Catie, the most liberating feeling is having her client leave happy, relaxed, and confident. When she’s not at the salon you can find her on the north shore free diving, making art, or lost in nature.
“My favorite part about being in this industry is that irreplaceable feeling you receive when you’re getting pampered. It brings me back to being a little girl and playing dress-up with my friends. You get to be whoever you want to be that day and always leave the salon feeling so special.”

Summer has over 16 years of experience cutting, coloring, and styling hair. She is known for being able to work with all hair textures and has worked with celebrity clientele.
“Hair is an expression of self-love, it is my mission to help people feel empowered through their hair.”
Her specialties include haircuts, balayage, highlights, and ensuring the haircut fits each unique head shape.
Back in Chicago, Summer cut, colored, and styled hair at the award-winning Siren Salon, winning the Top 5 Chicago Salon during her time there.
She has since been running her own hair practice and is thrilled to be part of the Satori team and serving the amazing Kailua community through giving them the hair of their dreams.

My name is Erin-Lei Hookano. I’m a local girl originally from Kahului, Maui but recently moved to Honolulu, Oahu. I’m a young stylist at the age of 22 years old. I love drinking coffee & having lots of conversations with all walks of life.
I’ve previously worked at the (5 star rated resort) Andaz Maui At Wailea Resort for 2 years & performed a wide variety of cosmetology services. While doing so, I’ve freelanced bridal hair and makeup on Maui. I choose this industry to serve others and provide my clients with love & care while enhancing their inner beauty.
My passions are bridal hair & makeup, hair color, learning different techniques & creating lots of memories with all of you. Her clients are the most important to her and she always wants to make sure that they are informed and comfortable. Angela provides various treatments such as Microdermabrasion, Microneedling, chemical peels, Dermaplaning, waxing, and more. She has a secret soft spot for her Sensitive and Acneic clients as she experienced being vulnerable with acne as a teen. Her mission is to ignite your inner confidence towards aging gracefully. To treat acne deeper than surface level and educate her clients about the importance of ingredients in skin care products, consistency with your goals and choosing self-care.
Mimi Noyes

Mimi is a second generation cosmetologist and has over 25 years of experience. What started out as helping her mom around the shop turned into a lifelong passion for the beauty industry.
Mimi first came to Hawaii as a student of UH Manoa. She returned to her hometown of San Francisco to pursue her career in cosmetology. She has attended advanced education in hair cutting, styling and design at Bumble and Bumble University in New York and is a Goldwell Platinum Ambassador. Mimi has trained and is certified in multiple color and styling systems including Brazilian Blowout, dimensional color with balayage and bridal event styling. Her favorite services are highlighting and completing a look with a signature haircut.

Hello, my name is Masako Fujii, and I have a passion for Massage Therapy and Holistic plant-based Remedies. I grew up in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island and moved to Oahu three years ago to further my education and be closer to my family.
Nature is my sanctuary, and I find joy in activities such as hiking, practicing yoga, playing tennis, listening to music, and spending time with friends. The ocean holds a special place in my heart, and I love immersing myself in its healing presence.
As a certified and licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician in the state of Hawaii, I am dedicated to facilitating the concept of a natural body flow and promoting the mind-body connection.
